Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) supplements the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be read together with our Cancellation and Refund Policy. It describes how CloneMastery (“we” / “us”) delivers digital online courses, memberships, bundles, login credentials, streamed modules, downloadable workbooks, community access, onboarding, quizzes, transcripts, supplementary sessions, cohort seats, mentorship where bundled, or SaaS licences we explicitly resell in writing—collectively (“Digital Deliverables”)—and how we handle any optional physical goods we expressly offer from time to time (“Physical Goods”). References to “you” mean our customer.
Delivery summary
Our primary products are digital educational services. Access is typically provisioned online shortly after payment clears—there is usually no postal shipment for the Course itself. Where we offer Physical Goods (for example printed materials or merchandise stated at checkout), dispatch follows Section 4.
1. Digital delivery (“shipping” of intangible products)
For Digital Deliverables, “delivery” occurs through electronic channels rather than courier networks. Depending on the product, we may provision access via account credentials, email invitations, dashboard activation, licence keys, download links, third-party learning platforms we integrate with, or scheduled onboarding communications.
- Timing: We endeavour to activate entitled access promptly after successful payment authorisation, subject to fraud screening, incomplete checkout data, provider outages, or scheduled cohort start dates disclosed before purchase.
- Notifications: You should receive transactional emails or in-product notices confirming activation. Check spam folders and ensure your registered email address is accurate—misdirected mail caused by incorrect details you supplied is treated as tendered delivery subject to restoration assistance per Section 3.
- Relationship to refunds: Once Digital Deliverables are delivered as defined in our Cancellation and Refund Policy, refund rules there apply.
2. Platform and connectivity
Digital delivery requires compatible hardware, modern browsers or apps, and a stable internet connection. Regional connectivity blocks, VPN routing incompatible with licensed territories, employer firewall restrictions, or device limitations outside our control may delay or interrupt your experience without constituting failure by us to “ship” access already activated on our systems.
3. Credential recovery and mistaken contact details
If access emails bounce or credentials fail because you mistyped your email or lost mailbox control, email support@clonemastery.com from an address we can verify against your order where reasonable. Identity corroboration consistent with PDPA proportionality may be requested before we redirect delivery artefacts.
4. Physical Goods (when expressly offered)
If checkout or marketing materials describe tangible items (printed supplements, peripheral merchandise, certificates shipped by mail where offered), the following applies unless stated otherwise at purchase:
- Fulfilment region: Unless we advertise worldwide shipping for that SKU, Physical Goods are intended for addresses within Malaysia (including East Malaysia subject to carrier coverage).
- Processing window: We typically dispatch within five (5) to ten (10) Malaysia business days after payment clears and inventory confirms—bundle launches, restocks, customs paperwork for regulated inserts, or third-party print-shop queues may extend this (we communicate material delays where practicable).
- Carrier and tracking: Carriers may include recognised Malaysian courier or postal networks or cross-border partners where offered. Tracking identifiers will be emailed when available from the carrier; rural last-mile scans may lag metropolitan hubs.
- Shipping charges: Fees, taxes, and handling stated at checkout are authoritative; promotions may subsidise freight temporarily—snapshot pricing applies.
- Partial shipments: Bundles combining Digital Deliverables with Physical Goods may release digital access before parcels depart—each component follows its respective clause set.
5. Address accuracy and refused parcels
You are responsible for supplying complete delivery addresses (including unit numbers, kampung descriptors where postal databases require them, East Malaysia postcode correctness). Costs arising from incorrect addresses, repeated failed delivery attempts after courier notices, or refusal at door without initiating our returns procedure may be charged or forfeited per Terms.
6. Risk of loss
Risk of loss or damage to Physical Goods passes to you upon delivery to the carrier except where mandatory Malaysian law implies otherwise for consumer distance contracts—your statutory rights remain unaffected by wording here.
7. Customs and imports
Where we expressly ship Physical Goods outside Malaysia or where carriers impose clearance layers for East Malaysia routes, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or delays imposed by customs authorities are your responsibility unless we state prepaid landed pricing at checkout snapshot.
8. Delays outside our control
Weather extremes, industrial actions affecting carriers, public-health mandates disrupting postal sorting, wars, telecommunications backbone outages delaying digital onboarding queues, or supplier bankruptcy upstream of bundled gadgets are examples of events that may postpone fulfilment without breach by us—we apply commercially reasonable mitigation.

10. Interpretation stamping
Capitalised meanings align with Terms. Day counts referencing “business days” exclude Malaysian federal public holidays and weekends unless stated “calendar days”.
